I love this spray. It keeps my sinus problems at bay. Great customer service as well.
The nasal spray does really help with halitosis from mucous in the post nasal area. This and the tongue cleaner and tongue gel were the most effective components for me. The ph balance rinse does also seem to help.
The product worked well initially but only provided short term relief.

I think it cleared my post nasal drip. but I’m not sure.
Mum has chronic ongoing sinus issues with regular infections. She's used various saline sprays as a preventative measure and rates this as the best... partially because she's very tiny and this sprays less but is more effective.
It's was garbage and did not work at all. 3 of us tried it and were disgusted with the product how you get away with selling fake products I don't know. And also I did not give you permission to keep emailing me your garbage products. So delete my email.
Essential as part of some nasal issues I seem to have and a great help whilst waiting for an ENT specialist appt (!)

Our family have always found NeilMed to be a superior brand of nasal products, and this Hypertonic Spray is no exception. For a family of allergy sufferers, we notice the benefit of daily rinses with this spray. Easy to use (even for our pre-teen son) the fine bubbly mist is actually comfortable to feel inside your nasal passages, infact afterwards they do feel cleansed, moisturised and soothed as it suggests on the packet! I also find it particularly useful to clear that hard to reach phlegm at the back of your throat, when you spray and draw the liquid to the back of your throat and then spit it out, your whole nose and throat feels cleared! Great product! Thank you for stocking this product, it's hard to find locally in shops.
