How to Use

1. Apply a small amount of KForce Toothpaste to your toothbrush. Do not add water.
2. Brush your teeth and tongue thoroughly for around two minutes.
3. Clean your tongue with the KForce Tongue Cleaner.
4. Spit out after brushing.
5. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with fresh water.
